This is a full-time and permanent role, working a 35-hour week and offers the following benefits:
1. 25 days leave + bank holidays. This increases with loyalty.
2. Flexible start times between 8 am - 9 am and flexible finish between 4 pm and 5 pm. 2 pm finish every other Friday.
3. Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days per week can be worked remotely. Monday's are office days.

Customer Care aims to resolve all issues and queries at the first point of contact wherever possible, taking ownership of the query or complaint. It is essential that you have at least two years' experience in the following:
1. Working in a customer care environment (preferably in the retail sector) dealing with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and/or members.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
3. Demonstrate experience of data gathering to resolve issues and complaints, working from the first point of contact to resolution.
