Training Administrator

We are delighted to be working with an industry-leading National Fire Security business who is rapidly growing and seeking proactive and motivated professionals to join their team. They have a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country. They are now seeking a Training Administrator to work from their Dinnington office. This role will be working within their compliance department and will need strong administration skills.
The Role:
1. Assist the company in all administration tasks assigned and ensure they are completed with sufficient diligence and on time.
2. Ensure all employees are booked onto all required courses for their department.
3. Liaise with all training bodies and manage purchase orders.
4. Ensure that all employees are up to date with documentation certification.
5. Assist in data cleansing and management of the database.
6. Attend a course that furthers your development to attain an Administrative qualification.
7. Facilitate meetings and ensure the rooms and refreshments are handled correctly.
8. Attend meetings and/or events, record all information and action tasks for attendees.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong administration skills
2. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the confidence to deal with all levels of staff including management
3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
4. Able to constantly prioritize and adapt to changing requirements
