We are currently looking to support a market-leading Training Provider in adding to their ever-growing team. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for an Employment Advisor for their Nottingham Office.
This is a part-time position and contracted to end of March 2025.
The purpose of this role is to identify potential candidates for the UKSPF project Access Works via a variety of methods including engagement with job centres, referral partners, and direct applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To proactively engage with potential candidates for the UKSPF project.
2. Achieve project KPI's.
3. To conduct interviews by telephone and in person, to pre-screen.
4. Complete enrolment paperwork with participants electronically.
5. To liaise with employers for vacancies/referral partners regarding participants and act upon their queries.
6. To maintain a monitoring tool, and participants' activity records of all interactions.
7. Maintain effective communication regularly with all participants.
8. Progress participants.
9. Provide evidence of 'Outputs and outcomes' relevant to the UKSPF project.
10. Produce weekly reports for submission to Employability Contracts Manager.
