Job Title: Volunteer Store Staff Assistant x 2 - HC611177
Location: SHQ Eastleigh
Salary: Volunteer
Hours: Up to 15 hours a week during office hours
Closing Date: Thursday 31st October @ 23:59 hrs
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will provide support to uniform stores staff.
This role profile is designed to assist post holders with understanding what is expected of them in their role. As additional requirements you will be asked to maintain personal responsibility for collection, recording, evaluation, information sharing, review, retention and disposal of information in compliance with codes of practice and Guidance in the Management of Information, information security policy, procedures and legislation. A uniform will be provided for this role.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
1. To assist staff with the packing, unpacking and movement of stock
2. To assist staff with the receipt of deliveries, checking and recording contents, and labelling boxes.
3. To assist with the sorting of returned uniform for the disposal or re-allocation.
4. To assist with the general upkeep of the store, ensuring it is tidy and safe.
5. To give regular and effective service.
