Business Services Administrator, Fixed Term Contract 12 months, On-site Full time.
Purpose
* To provide facilities and business support services at TPT, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
* Log issues related to the Verity House site and oversee works to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Monitor maintenance contracts for internal services and report progress.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail for TPT.
* Ensure all business areas are fully stocked and maintained with necessary supplies.
* Log printer fault service calls and support the Business Services Manager with printer and plant contracts.
* Provide cover and support for the Business Services Manager during absences.
* Carry out building inspections and coordinate contractors for remedial works.
* Act as Fire Warden within TPT.
* Configure meeting rooms and ensure lunches are ordered and prepared as required.
Skills
* Good understanding of MS Office – Word & Excel.
* Experience working within a Facilities department.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
* Good communication skills and experience dealing with people at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
