Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an excellent organisation, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. This role is hybrid following passing probation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent customer service experience looking for a full-time role and to develop their skillset. They are based in offices which are easily accessible via public transport and free onsite parking is available.
Duties will include:
1. Being the first point of resolution for customers.
2. Having detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures across a range of disciplines to ensure that customer contacts receive the correct advice, are escalated when necessary, and correctly administered onto the internal system.
3. Resolving face-to-face, telephone, electronic, letter, and text customer enquiries.
4. Remaining confidential and professional while processing sensitive information relating to customers and clients.
5. Taking a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have experience handling a high volume of inbound calls.
2. Have a positive and proactive attitude.
