As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Premium Sales to join their leadership team. As the Head of Premium Sales, you will be part of a growing a high-performing team focused on premium membership, hospitality, and corporate sales. Your role will be pivotal in driving the sales strategy for exclusive VIP packages, premium ticketing, and bespoke hospitality services across a diverse range of events. You will work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with broader business goals and enhance the organisation’s premium offerings. In leading the Premium sales function key responsibilities include: Lead the strategy and execution of premium sales initiatives across various sports, entertainment, and event offerings. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs Secure and host regular face to face meetings with HNWIs and companies Create pricing strategies that maximise revenue opportunities across Premium assets Identify potential new revenue streams, producing business plans and proposals for new business opportunities Drive new business development, expand existing client portfolios, and maximise revenue streams. Collaborate with marketing, event operations, and product development teams to ensure premium offerings are aligned with customer expectations. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and offerings. Represent the organisation at key events and external engagements to strengthen brand visibility and client relationships. You will have proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or events industries along with a strong track record of driving premium sales and leading high-performance teams. Excellent understanding of VIP and corporate sales, with an ability to engage and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses is highly desirable as is a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating value through premium offerings.
