We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded client seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity (PI) Account Executive. This role is designed for a PI expert with the ability to build lasting client relationships, manage a diverse portfolio, and drive new business growth. It's an exciting opportunity to lead and expand a recently acquired business with an £80k GWP book, supporting the continued development of our client's PI offering.
The Account Executive will take charge of high-value client interactions across various sectors, including engineering, construction, and advertising, delivering bespoke PI solutions. While a skilled PI handler is in place, this role calls for an Account Executive with the autonomy to attend client meetings, convert new leads from a proactive producer, and manage complex relationships. Additionally, this role offers the chance to support other branches with technical PI knowledge as needed.
With a smaller book, this position allows focused attention on growing the account. Our client highly values self-generating business development, aligning with the shareholder's vision of sustainable growth.
Package and Benefits
* Monthly Car Allowance : £400
* Additional Benefits : Full expenses and mileage covered, with a new business bonus of 10% for income exceeding an annual target of £40k (no retention bonus included).
Our client is looking for a proactive PI Account Executive ready to add real value, combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to business growth. If this opportunity aligns with your skills and ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.
