Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Crime and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving our financial crime detection and KYC systems.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial crime and KYC regulations.
* Monitor changes in financial crime regulations and update company policies accordingly.
Data Analysis:
* Analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends related to financial crime activities.
* Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and transactions.
Process Improvement:
* Develop and implement effective KYC procedures and financial crime prevention measures.
* Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Prepare detailed reports on findings from data analysis and investigations.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes, procedures, and changes.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Excellent knowledge of financial crime regulations and KYC requirements.
* Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel).
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
