As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:
Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
Lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resources.
Assist in patient care and contribute to quality improvement.
Develop and enhance your skills and the skills of others.
Apply best evidence-based practices and adhere to legislation and policies.
Maintain Health and Safety standards for patients, staff, and visitors.
Prepare and manage surgical equipment and instruments for various procedures.

The ideal Lead Theatre Practitioner will have:
Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
At least 3 years of experience in coordination and leadership roles.
First surgical assistant certificate and skills in recovery and anaesthetics.
ILS and mentorship qualifications.
Proficiency in PC use and customer care experience.
Experience as a Scrub Nurse in ENT, Orthopaedic, General surgery, or Neuro specialisms.
