Our knowledge of the energy and environment sector means we can support our customers at all stages of the engineering-procurement-construction-commissioning (EPCC) project lifecycle. Our business team is expanding, and we are looking for a Business Manager to join the UK Project Management and Project Controls team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your business acumen with your Project Management background to make a real impact in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Key Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities · Take ownership of a defined section of the business and be fully responsible for its profit and loss. · Manage customer accounts end-to-end, including business development, bidding, recruitment, delivery, and team leadership. · Work closely with a supportive team to ensure you have the tools and backing to succeed. · Develop and implement strategies to grow market presence and drive revenue. · Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. · Lead, coach, and support your own delivery team to ensure high performance. · Location is flexible, but regular presence will be needed in Eastington, and with your team/clients in Bristol and/or Bridgwater. Desired Skills and Experience · Proven experience driving business growth, ideally within engineering or project delivery sectors. · Degree in engineering or project management, or equivalent industry experience. · Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profit & loss ownership. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · A positive, driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving. · Ability to build strategic partnerships and lead cross-functional teams. · Interest or knowledge of the nuclear industry is desirable. · Due to the nature of the role candidates must have Independent Permanent Right to Work in the UK.
