The Role:
You will take responsibility for a specific UK region where you will inherit plenty of existing accounts.That said, the thrust of this role will be new account acquisition.To this end, you will be given a huge amount of support from internal sales and marketing who will provide some of the leads that you work on.It will be up to you to qualify the lead and develop your pipeline of opportunities which will involve various stages of the sale including discovery, demonstration, objection handling etc.
This will be an exciting and challenging role but the rewards will be significant in terms of earning potential and career advancement.
The Person:
Its likely that you are a proven BD sales person with a track record of winning new accounts and exceeding your sales quota within a healthcare environment.It is ESSENTIAL that you are trained in consultative sales techniques and structured in your approach.Pipeline management and awareness of your sales metrics will be key to success in this role.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of around £50 60,000 is on offer with an uncapped commission scheme where you can expect to earn £90 100,000.Your full benefits package includes a Company Car/Allowance, Healthcare and Pension.
