Full Job Description Summary Reporting to the Marketing Manager within the Marketing & brand team, you will manage the planning and delivery of marketing campaign plans to achieve the successful activation of activity utilising a range of channels and incorporating all customer activity with an emphasis on digital channels. The scope of this role includes working alongside the rest of the Marketing Campaigns team as well as the Marketing Operations team. Work collaboratively in a matrix structure to support ongoing monitoring of activity and campaign optimisation.Landscape: This role will work within the Marketing Campaign team alongside other Marketing colleagues ensuring that all campaigns are aligned and timed appropriately ensuring that data is used correctly. Your role will heavily interface with the Marketing Operations team specifically the Marketing Analyst. You will also work facing into the business to update on campaign status where appropriate. The Marketing & Brand teams sit within the Corporate Affairs & Marketing directorate, which also includes Internal Communications, External Communications, and Policy & Public Affairs. Activities: Work with your team to develop successful integrated marketing plans off the back of the marketing campaign strategies, in collaboration with the Marketing Operations and Market Strategy teams, in a matrix structure, to meet the agreed business objectives ensuring all activations are on brand and meet house style. Work with all marketing stakeholders to drive the effective planning of and delivery of multiple campaigns on time and to budget. Develop impactful copy and content to support a range of marketing activities across a range of online and offline channels, working with subject experts as required. Work with the other Marketing Managers, Senior Marketing & Brand Manager and the Marketing Operations team to support with workload and resource planning across all marketing teams keeping stakeholders informed in a timely manner of issues. Manage and deliver the effective day to day running of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to brief, on budget and meeting the pre-agreed marketing objectives and KPIs. Work with the Marketing Analyst and Market Strategy team to lead and champion analysis to continually optimise activity to achieve agreed targets and make recommendations for future improvements. Encourage and implement testing and learning within campaigns. Continuing to learn new marketing skills and processes, bringing them to life in the team so that they are enabled to optimally perform their job function. Encourage and help upskill team members in the latest techniques and news from across the marketing industry. Manage and monitor competitor campaign activity and ensure the processes are correct to keep key stakeholders updated. Manage the working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business, as well as external agencies and third parties, where necessary. Need to know (to be successful in this role, you will need to know): Well-developed knowledge of multi-channel, campaign delivery processes and best practice. Knowledge of commissioning, briefing and working with internal and external departments and agencies, such as printers, designers and other suppliers The ability to work with internal stakeholders to support effective delivery A confident communicator, both in person and in writing, the role requires significant networking within and outside the organisation.
