Field Sales Manager - Covering North London, West London, Slough, Reading & Guildford
Competitive salary package plus uncapped commission, business needs vehicle or allowance, and London Weighting Allowance included.
As a Field Sales Manager, you'll cover the Northwest Region, and you'll be recruiting, leading, coaching, and managing a team of Field Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed pre-defined residential sales targets and other KPIs selling Virgin Media products to residential customers.
You'll be responsible for the achievement of both individual sales advisor KPIs and their team KPIs, including sales, installs & new customer acquisition, cost of sale, commission payments, pre-install cancellations (PICs), staff attrition, disconnects, and product mix.
Owning and leading all customer complaints for sales advisors in the team to achieve a satisfactory outcome, take corrective action, and overall reduce the number received by the company. Ensuring all members of the team apply and adhere to all company policies including Dignity at Work, Disciplinary Policy, and Grievance Policy.
The must-haves
* Previous sales experience is needed with a shown sales track record - ideally in push sales channel.
* Full UK clean driving licence.
* Previous experience leading a field-based team.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
The other stuff we are looking for
* Previous sales management experience desirable, residential.
* Ability to work independently using judgement and initiative.
* Must be a self-starter.
* Ability to influence and build effective links/partnerships.
