Here's what you'll do: Craft engaging Physics lessons that ignite critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific exploration. Utilize innovative teaching methods to make Physics concepts accessible and engaging for all students. Play a key role in curriculum development, keeping it fresh and aligned with national standards. Guide and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for success. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment, contributing to student well-being. Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department to continuously improve the program. We're looking for someone who: Holds QTS with a specialism in Physics (or Science with Physics). Has at least 1 year's teaching experience in a secondary school setting (more is a plus). Possesses deep Physics knowledge and a passion for scientific discovery that ignites student curiosity. Creates engaging and interactive lessons for diverse learners. Champions scientific exploration and critical thinking in students.
