Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage agendas, appointments and meetings for upper management.
Assist in the leadership and management of the school, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage office support functions, incoming enquiries, and supporting with reception duties efficiently.
Contribute to the well being of individuals and groups within academy, considering the physical, mental, and social aspects of health and safety.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.Profile
