Tender Engineer
Annual Salary: Up to £48,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

This role offers the opportunity to support the Tender Manager in organising and managing the tender process for large, multidisciplinary, and complex projects. Ideal for professionals with a background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, particularly within the offshore wind industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Support the Tender Manager in organising and managing the tender process from invitation to submission.
2. Handle both complex and less complex project-based and content-based tender processes.
3. Compile and write tender documents.
4. Manage the follow-up and hand-over of successful tenders.
5. Evaluate tender processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Occasionally travel internationally to project locations and the Netherlands office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
2. Extensive experience in a similar position, preferably in the offshore wind industry.
3. Experience in hydraulic engineering and/or civil technical projects is advantageous.
4. Strong knowledge of contracts and a good understanding of commerce.
5. Customer-oriented with a representative attitude.
6. Analytically strong, result-oriented, and collaboration-minded.
7. Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to bring people together.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs.
