Job summary An exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator has arisen within a busy HR environment.The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administrative support to the HR Managers within the Team. The responsibilities of the role includes facilitating and arranging employee relations hearings. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the necessity to maintain confidentiality, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, use your initiative and carry out a multitude of tasks with limited supervision. Main duties of the job To provide a comprehensive, confidential administrative support service to the Operational HR team. To be aware of work priorities and needs of self and managers to ensure all required deadlines are met.
