We are looking for experienced Order Entry Assistants for Reebok.
This junior-level role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and an interest in the fashion or sportswear industry. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate order processing for our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Order Entry: Accurately input wholesale customer orders into our systems.
* Order Tracking & Updates: Monitor order status and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
* Customer Support: Assist with basic customer service queries related to orders and deliveries.
* Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to help ensure timely shipments.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in data entry, admin, or customer service—fashion industry experience is a bonus.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP/order systems is a plus.
