Who are we looking for:
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Reporting Client Management team.
You will be someone who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people and is interested in developing career in project management and corporate and sustainability communications.
The team and work you’ll lead:
You will be part of our specialist Reporting Client Management team, who are delivering large scale integrated and annual reporting suites as well as dedicated sustainability reports.
You will be playing a crucial role in team support, assisting with day to day project management and admin, managing client requests, keeping track of project schedules and helping coordinate the in-house design, production, consultancy and digital teams.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively to ensure client and project needs are consistently met
2. Assist with day to day management and delivery of both client and internal projects
3. Responsible for all project-related administration – budgets, schedules, meetings planning, meeting notes and follow-ups
4. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail at all times to ensure quality of all project outputs – proofreading and checking of all documentation, proofs and communications
5. Be proactive, responsive and professional at all times, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service
6. Manage third-party suppliers and service providers
7. Contribute to and actively engage in internal financial reporting processes, work in Excel finance templates to manage project financials and provide regular updates to your team
8. Participate in research and support new business presentations
Qualifications
9. Experience of working in a professional / office environment (can be part-time or work experience)
10. Experience of project delivery or project management
11. Interest in corporate communications and sustainability
12. Proactive, organised and meticulous - keep promises, meet deadlines and solve problems
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to respond and adapt to a range of situations and contexts
14. Exceptional attention to detail
15. Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to changing requests – internally and externally
