Our client, a multinational logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Adviser.
The role is based on site in Cannock.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: to be mutually agreed day shift
Salary £28k - £30k dependant on experience.

Duties may include:
* Ensuring Quality is at the heart of our processes.
* Customer queries and escalations via phone, email, face to face.
* Working closely with imports, exports, charter, domestic and warehouse.
* Raising issues with partners.
* Spot quotes and existing business sales calls, supporting the development of a “hot prospect” list of potential new lanes or lost business.
* Supporting Sales Hub & external sales.
* Onboarding new customers.
* Servicing new business.
* Improving and finding inefficiencies and cost savings within the processes.
* Providing reports on turnover, margins, bookings, top/flop business.
* Project work and KPI production.
* Participate in training sessions to remain updated on compliance protocols and procedures.
Any other additional tasks in line with the evolving needs of the business.
Relevant experience and qualifications:
* Analytical.
* Time management.
* Communication.
* Advanced IT skills inclusive of Microsoft Excel.
* Attention to detail.
* Road freight transport
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English
* Proven record of internal sales
