Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, OTE £50,000 - £55,000

Engineering @ 365 Ltd is proud to partner with a leading company in the special-purpose machinery sector, recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pioneering organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of high-precision special-purpose machinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customers' equipment is maintained to the highest standards, operating efficiently and reliably across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct scheduled servicing, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs of special-purpose machinery at customer sites.
2. Install, maintain, and repair equipment to minimise downtime and enhance performance.
3. Deliver technical support and training to clients, ensuring effective use of equipment.
4. Perform mechanical and electrical work, with a strong understanding of pneumatics and the ability to interpret circuit diagrams.
5. Maintain and build strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
6. Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation promptly.
7. Support the development of service proposals and produce detailed service reports.
Requirements
1. Relevant qualifications in an engineering discipline.
2. Demonstrable experience in a field service engineering role, preferably working with special-purpose machinery.
3. Proficiency in servicing CNC machinery and performing precise axis alignments.
4. Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
5. A willingness to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally internationally.
6. Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively while working independently.
7. Full UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
