Follow up on enquiries, guiding clients towards their ideal Canada travel experience and closing bookings. As a Canada Specialist, offer in-depth knowledge and insights into Canadian destinations, tailoring recommendations to meet client preferences. Oversee the booking process from initial enquiry to confirmation, ensuring clients have a smooth, satisfying experience. Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian destinations, industry trends, and exclusive products to give clients the best possible recommendations. Work closely with customer service and product teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience. Skills required for the role: Proven experience in sales selling worldwide tailor-made holidays, with a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong destination knowledge of Canada Skilled at understanding customer needs, with a knack for recommending travel options that resonate. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable building rapport and closing sales. Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present travel ideas compellingly and clearly.
