Administrator for Medical Devices Team, main duties include:
1. Liaison with trust wide clinical and corporate colleagues.
2. Mailbox and query management.
3. Secretariat function for governance groups (e.g., minutes, meeting coordination).
4. Coordination of Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule across 150 sites.
5. Liaison with external maintenance contractors.
6. Inventory management.
7. Hub content management.
8. Writing and issuing trust wide communications.
