Job Title: Registered Manager – Community Care
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £36,200 - £41,800 per annum

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead and develop our community care services, ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centered support to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee community care operations, ensuring personalised, high-quality services.
* Recruit, train, and support care staff while fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
* Develop and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Implement quality assurance measures to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in community care or a similar setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and person-centered care principles.
