An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for an Online Course Administrator to provide customer-focused administrative support, ensuring students, staff, and stakeholders receive timely and accurate information about adult courses.

Oaklands launched its professional training and development offer in 2024 to work with employers in a meaningful way, and we are seeking an Online Course Administrator to play a vital role as we deliver this new and exciting part of the Oaklands Group at pace.
What we are looking for:
A highly organised and proactive Online Course Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting students through their journey on our adult education programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and experience in administrative support. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable with data entry, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience in customer service, administration, and working with external stakeholders is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for students and staff. In this position, you will:
1. Provide information and advice about courses to prospective and current students via email and phone.
2. Process applications and enrolments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service-level agreements.
3. Maintain and monitor student activity on the college learning platform, ensuring up-to-date records of applications, enrolments, engagement, and withdrawals.
You will also be responsible for:
1. Producing reports and managing data across systems such as EQUAL.
2. Supporting events such as open days, interview evenings, and employer engagement campaigns.
