We are looking for a talented Associate Account Director to join a Global award winning brand activation partner based in Gloucestershire. This role will be perfect for someone who is confident talking to senior stakeholders, can oversee and mentor a team, look at the bigger picture and look at budgets/finances. The role will be based around Strategy, Data, Martech, CRM, Email Marketing. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with your key client stakeholders at all levels. Ensure client expectations are understood and managed. Look for new opportunities. Participate in and lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews. Write clear, engaging presentations and be able to present (Campaign results, business proposals, CRM plans & strategy). Lead your team to deliver best-in-class project management. Create, circulate and manage all related project plans and schedules to relevant stakeholders Ensure post project evaluations are carried out via review meetings,. Ensure projects are profitable whilst staying true to their strategic goals and the client’s KPIs. Take overall ownership and responsibility of project delivery on your account. Lead, motivate and inspire your account team in their roles managing clients, client requirements and their own contribution and development. Be commercial aware and able to manage budgets. Knowledge, Skills Experience A strategic thinker who can make a clear assessment of business opportunities. A creative problem solver who can demonstrate structured, effective thinking. Able to identify issues affecting delivery timescales or output. Demonstrable communication, influencing and relationship management skills. An ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team. Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate concisely. Solid account management background. An understanding of direct marketing, CRM, Martech and integrated approaches. Experience working with client stakeholders at all levels. Ability to delegate effectively but also willing to take a hands-in approach when needed. Line management experience advantageous. An approachable personality who can build strong rapport with clients and colleagues alike. High levels of energy and resourcefulness.
