Job Title: Catering Account Manager

Salary: Circa £53,000 depending on experience and skills
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead on development and delivery of all catering service improvements, ensuring any case for change is detailed as appropriate and any approvals are managed and completed to process
* Ensure service standardisation across all our sites, including quality and pricing as appropriate
* Support as account manager the catering contracting process within Shared Services
* In conjunction with our Governance & Compliance team, ensure our caterers are adhering to all necessary catering and legal requirements
* Ensure SLA’s are achieved and everything is appropriately documented and monitored
* Analyse trends in food and drink, identify new catering sales opportunities across day visitors and events discuss and support implementation
* Work with the Sectors to ensure the offering across their sites is appropriate and subsidies and tariffs are agreed with budget holders
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Understanding of catering budgets/financial models
* Account management experience – managing multiple sites
* Experience of strategy planning
Desirable:
* Experience in catering management is preferred, but not essential

The Facilities Planning team:
Reporting to the Facilities Planning & Performance Lead, this role is responsible for the management of the Shared Services UK catering contracts and service across our enterprise estate (covering approximately 35 BAE Systems sites). Responsibilities include the management of third-party service providers, ensuring quality and timeliness of service, driving improvements and innovations and over-seeing the on-boarding of any new sites or catering facilities into the Shared Services catering services.
