Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll System Integration Coordinator for our oil service company client. This is a full time, contract position, will be based from our client's office in Peterhead and should last for a period of 12 months. The role's purpose is to provide support while a new system is implemented. The Opportunity The role will involve all day-to-day payroll operations, while other team members have been moved to the implementation team. Duties will include: System Integration: Collaborate with the IT team and payroll vendor to integrate the payroll system with other HR, finance, and accounting systems Data Migration: Ensure accurate migration of employee data to the new payroll system Testing Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that the system operates correctly and that payroll data is processed accurately Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for the integration process, including technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals Training Support: Provide training to HR and payroll staff on how to use the new payroll system. Offer post-integration support and troubleshooting Problem Solving: Identify, track, and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process Compliance: Ensure the system complies with regulations related to payroll processing and reporting Background and experience The successful candidate will be an experienced payroll professional with team management experience.
