You have a startup mindset and a genuine interest in web marketing and e-commerce. You aspire to join a fast-paced and stimulating venture where you will play an active role in content creation, with a focus on new launches and executing daily e-commerce updates and projects. The E-commerce Content Intern's mission is to conduct updates on our website, enhancing the product catalog and content for collection reviews and launches.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
* Upload and update content to product pages and website at large
* Manage the enrichment of our website pages – all categories
* Work autonomously to meet launch milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges
* Liaise with the Ecommerce Product Manager to trouble shoot any issues with information accuracy
* Enhance Excel exports to facilitate updating prices, product descriptions, and additional assets
* Optimize collection focus to elevate the quality of the product page
* Creation and coordination of website content in French and English while managing the relationship with our journalist and the translation agency
* Collaborating with the Digital team to experiment with innovative website features
Intern Requirements:
* Ongoing degree in a relevant area such as e-commerce, business, or marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or French
* Strong coordination skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
* A positive attitude, good initiative, and enterprise
* Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
* Problem-solver and a self-starter, with a track record of taking own initiative
* Experience working in Content Management Systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress or similar is an advantage
* Experience working in E-commerce systems like Centra, Shopify, Magento or similar is an advantage
* Good level of competence with Excel and Power Point
