Training can be discussed at interview. A smear taker would an advantage however, we will be able to arrange this training if required. We are lucky to have skilled HCA's working in practice so standard reviews and appointments such as bloods, BP checks, ECG's 24hr BP, dressings and other basic routine appointments are usually provided by our HCA's.
