You will need to develop strong business relationships and be able to manage stakeholder expectations. What will you be doing? Becoming a key member of the Governance Team in ZCR Operations, the key focus for this role is delivery against our governance framework and ensuring we remain compliant at all times. We want you to work with the wider team, supporting and coaching Team Leaders and their Teams, improving their knowledge of the frameworks in place and their responsibilities. The role will include the following activities:
* Reviewing complaints, breaches and operational events and supporting the business with training and feedback
* Becoming an Information Custodian and providing communications to ZCR
* Supporting the key stakeholders with their controls and risks
* Completing due diligence requests from potential customers
* Supporting ZCR with our Operational Resilience and Continuity plans and recovery strategies
* Reporting to key stakeholders and supporting with Consumer Duty
* Being a point of escalation for queries and broadening relationships with the wider business
* Simplifying processes and introduce innovation to improve customer outcomes
What are we looking for? It is essential that you have outstanding relationship management skills as well as a knowledge of Zurich's governance frameworks. You will need to manage conflicting priorities and cope with a fast moving environment with varying workloads and pressures, strong planning and organisational skills are a must.
You should be able to problem solve, as well as manage and influence external and internal stakeholders. An understanding of the group risk market in the UK including GR1 qualification would be advantageous, but not essential. You have to be passionate about customers and driving through Continuous Improvement.
