As a Compliance Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance within the organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as regulatory reporting, conducting due diligence checks, and supporting regulatory approvals. Duties:
* Lead on Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) and perform continuous monitoring.
* Coordinate due diligence enquiries from third parties.
* Ensure completion of Regulatory Returns by engaging key business stakeholders.
* Handle regulatory correspondence and actions.
* Maintain and review Conflicts of Interest log.
* Manage the Gifts and Hospitality log.
* Support the production of Compliance Management Information.
* Assist in the production of Board/Committee papers.
* Coordinate and take minutes at committee and other meetings.
* Provide support for regulatory approvals in the UK & Belgium.
* Assist in compliance monitoring activities.
* Coordinate Compliance training and oversee Continuous Professional Development requirements.
Requirements:
* Ideally, possess a Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Strong Administration experience with knowledge of compliance/operations is also considerable.
* Good understanding of the regulatory requirements in the UK insurance industry.
* Knowledge of the FCA rule books.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
