Your Role as Senior Night Care Assistant
As the night shift leader, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth running of the home. You’ll be overseeing a team of four dedicated care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising the care team
* Administering medication safely and efficiently
* Completing and checking essential records: MAR/TMAR, daily logs, food & fluid charts, body maps, and more
* Promoting best practices in safeguarding, infection control, moving & handling, and first aid
* Providing hands-on care with kindness, dignity, and respect

* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant (Nights)
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (essential)
