Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
* Assist with recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and gathering necessary documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support in the delivery of HR-related training to new and existing staff.
* Participate in the implementation of HR projects as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
* Support the HR department in daily tasks and coordinate logistics for meetings and HR events.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
* Strong experience in a HR Admin role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to handle confidential information discretely.
* Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Good understanding of industrial/manufacturing sector regulations and employment law.
