We are seeking an experienced HR & People Manager for our client to lead their HR function, ensuring a thriving and engaged workforce that drives business success.
As the HR & People Manager you will have one direct report. You will be the driving force behind people strategy, fostering a strong organisational culture and ensuring that the team is supported to perform at their best. You will provide expert guidance across the full HR spectrum, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and leadership development. This role will require a 4 days per week office presence at their stunning offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the strategic lead on all people-related matters, working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth.
* Develop and implement an effective P&C strategy covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, rewards, and recognition.
* Provide leadership and coaching to managers, empowering them to build high-performing teams.
* Champion a positive and inclusive organisational culture that aligns with their values.
* Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.
* Manage the P&C budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that drive business impact.
* Collaborate on internal communication strategies, including engagement surveys and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Oversee the development of training programs and career pathways, fostering continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience in a HR management role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to pivot when needed.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
