A vacancy has arisen for a Local Environment Team Operative required to work within the Lochgilphead area for Argyll and Bute, one of Scotland's most beautiful areas.
The successful candidate will work within the Local Environment Team carrying out multiple tasks within the Council’s area, providing front line delivery of grounds maintenance, street sweeping, public conveniences, and minor road works. The successful candidate will also carry out all the tasks associated with the maintenance of all weather pitches.
Previous experience in ground maintenance, horticulture, road maintenance, or waste management is essential to this role.
This is a permanent post, 37 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
