After an intensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm to fork approach on animal production, you will be responsible for servicing existing contracts and the sales management of our Partners in your area along with seeking new opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
1. Managing the Sales Budget of the Animal Health in the UK Northern region, with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth target.
2. Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
3. Technical support: answering all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, proposing solutions (with support of Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management).
4. Completing regular Hygiene Audits at farms and hatcheries.
5. Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our customer service.
6. You will report to the Sales Manager UKIE Global Animal Health, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies. You will introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, etc.
7. Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships (value of CID LINES) with your partners in your territory.
What You'll Need
1. Fluent in English written and oral.
2. In-depth knowledge of animal production/farming with specific knowledge either species-related mainly Poultry and Pig production.
3. Preferable to have Poultry Hatchery experience.
4. Minimum third level qualification in Animal/Food science, Veterinary, Nutrition or Bioengineering.
5. Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
6. Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
7. Preferably based in Northern England with the ability to travel and stay in other areas as required.
