Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – London/Hybrid – £65-75K (12-Month FTC)

JGA are partnering with an exciting organization seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their HR Operations team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing Workday Payroll for the UK while also contributing to enhancements across EMEA and APAC.
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the Workday Payroll module and optimize existing HCM functionalities.
* Perform audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with global HRIS, Finance, and Tech teams to implement system upgrades and integrations.
* Develop robust reports and analytics to enhance payroll and HR operations.
* Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving Workday system issues.
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst - Requirements:
* Circa 5 years of Workday configuration experience, including Payroll.
* Strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset.
