This is an attractive, varied role, that presents a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for property to join a growing business.
The role of Property Administrator involves all areas of administration and is ideal for someone who prides themselves on their abilities to coordinate and communicate effectively. You will be responsible for providing the main point of contact for on-field representatives, monitoring payments, and reviewing high-level documentation. In addition, you will uphold effective lines of communication with various internal/external stakeholders and assist in producing important market research for the wider team.
The right person for this role will be a strong administrator with demonstrable business support experience. The client is seeking someone team-focused who can fit well within the business and grow along the way. Excellent communication is key for this role.
