Responsibilities Achieve personal financial targets and budget, maximise gross profit Manage the team and ensure set objectives are set and met Generate and Conduct market appraisals ensuring a strong instruction ratio Ensure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients Responsible (sometimes jointly) for successful delivery of all assignments in area of expertise Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aims Accurately forecast fees for the office when required to do so Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability Experience Excellent client facing skills Significant track record within the local residential sector with a broad cross section of clients Proven fee earner Demonstrate a knowledge of the market which you operate within Experienced manager of small to medium size teams This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the very best in Property and to lead an established Sales team.
