Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our merchandising team at In Focus Recruitment Ltd.
As a Merchandising Assistant/Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Merchandiser with various tasks, including raising and amending purchase orders, reviewing weekly Order Status Reports, and cross-checking data from customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Raising and amending purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Reviewing weekly Order Status Reports from suppliers and updating merchandising and QC teams accordingly.
* Cross-checking data from customers and suppliers against our system and making any necessary amendments.
* Assisting with new product set-ups and running reports for account managers and merchandisers.
* Providing administrative support to the merchandising team, including responding to ad hoc queries from customers.
Requirements include:
* A strong communicator with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Motivated and confident, with a proactive approach to work.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
