About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the business understand and improve how it works. Your focus will be on reviewing, mapping, and implementing a series of operational processes – with process mapping as the fundamental component of your role.
You’ll work across various processes spanning key projects, engaging with stakeholders to document how things are done today, identify improvements, and help shape what good looks like for the future. Using tools such as swimlane diagrams and RACI models, you’ll bring clarity and structure to complex processes, ensuring they’re captured, understood, and ready for implementation.
This role is all about collaboration – you’ll facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and bring people together to align on processes, responsibilities, and outcomes. If you're someone who thrives on turning chaos into clarity and making a real business impact, this role is for you.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
* Own the end-to-end process mapping of business functions using tools like swimlane diagrams, RACI models, and other documentation techniques
* Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather information, validate processes, and ensure alignment
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to bring together SMEs, stakeholders, and technical teams to define current and future states
* Translate complex operational workflows into clear, visual documentation that supports implementation and improvement
* Support the delivery of process improvement initiatives across multiple project streams
* Ensure that mapped processes are fit for purpose, documented, and shared in a way that supports ongoing business operations and knowledge retention
Requirements
* Extensive experience in process mapping within large, complex environments
* Confident using tools such as swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices, and other industry-standard documentation methods
* Strong stakeholder management experience – able to build trust, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions where necessary
* Excellent facilitation and workshop skills – able to draw out insights, manage group discussions, and gain consensus
* A self-starter with a structured approach to work and the confidence to own your deliverables
