Salary: Up to £52,000 per Annum + Car Allowance
Role: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a dynamic, hands-on role where you can truly make an impact? We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, providing strategic and operational HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with the Leadership Team and People Managers to drive and implement the people strategy.
Developing and delivering engaging manager workshops to enhance leadership capability.
Leading on policy and process reviews, with a particular focus on HR policies and recruitment.
Providing expert support, advice, and guidance to the HR Advisor and Administrative Teams.
Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and high-performing workplace.
Analysing key trends and HR metrics to support business planning and decision-making.What We Are Looking For:
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in operational HR business partnering.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
Experience interpreting HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Proven ability to design and deliver manager toolkits and reports to drive operational effectiveness.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
