Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Process Supervisor to start for a reptuable Client of ours based in Woking, Surrey Candidates would be prefferable if they have some form of Horticultural/Agricultural knowledge and background Responsibilities Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages Keeping invoices and stock take up to date Coordinate incoming customer requests in a timely and organised manner Liaising with all operational functions and departments to provide customer support and service Requirements Customer service experience within an office environment To optimise the day to day running of the sales and picking processes. The ability to form excellent working relationships with clients Managing the sales office staff to ensure that plant shortages and substitutes are communicated to the relevant customer at the earliest opportunity Assist in the printing of labels to given specifications and ensuring that the Picking Team have accurate information Working with the MD and the Board of Directors to develop the Companies Sales and Administration systems for the purpose of improving efficiency and accuracy of the relevant processes.
