To develop and manage a St Lukes Hospices shop and ensure the effective management of a Deputy Shop Manager and a team of volunteers. To achieve budgeted sales by using available sales information, adopting excellent merchandising standards and achieving high standards of shop floor presentation. To meet agreed performance targets outlined in your annual objectives. To act as a St Lukes ambassador and forge positive relationships within the wider community. To ensure the team deliver excellent customer service and comply/ensure with the St Lukes retail policies and procedures. To ensure all appropriate standards of security and health and safety are met and delivered.
