Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 to £37,000
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and interpret customer expectations, enhancing interactions through effective communication.
2. Oversee and manage the transfer and implementation of large new customer projects, from development to delivery.
3. Collaborate with customers' purchasing, engineering, and design teams to ensure Swan/EC involvement in all new projects.
4. Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and highlighting new business opportunities within the assigned account base.
5. Liaise with internal departments within Swan EMS & EC Electronics to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
6. Load sales orders and take responsibility for the New Product Introduction (NPI) process where appropriate.
7. Some UK/European travel when needed but very minimal.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Working knowledge of Automated SMT PCB Assembly, considered desirable.
2. Account management within a manufacturing essential.
