What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs, both 1:1 and in small groups Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Assisting students in lessons, helping them engage and stay on track Using sports, teamwork, or hands-on activities to help build confidence and motivation Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Acting as a positive role model, helping students develop resilience and social skills What We’re Looking For Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, or similar) A confident, proactive, and energetic approach Ability to manage challenging behaviour positively and effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for mentoring, sport, or helping young people succeed Right to Work in the UK and a DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Competitive pay – dependent on experience, with holiday pay included Ready to make a difference?
