Remote Sales Manager Opportunity Are you a Sales Manager within the Aerospace sector who is self-motivated and enjoys winning new profitable business? Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: Drive sales and profit growth with key accounts, meeting sales targets. Identify opportunities to win new business, Develop business cases and competitive bids with pricing and cost analysis. Use CRM to track sales, manage accounts, and report visits, maintaining KPIs. Identify customer needs and trends to propose new products. Assist with contract reviews, customer requirements, and questionnaires. Support contract negotiations and communications. Ensure purchase orders match proposals. Analyze sales and market data for pricing models. Contribute to marketing efforts, including attending trade shows. Experience required for the Sales Manager: Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience Sales experience in aerospace, specifically in aircraft interior Extensive account management/customer interface experience Self-motivated with a demonstrable ability to win new business with key customers Ability to work with R&D and engineering during NPI/NPD The successful Sales Manager will have the opportunity to manage relationships with existing key accounts and drive business growth, by winning new business in the UK aerospace and defence market.
