Main Duties of the Job
Use of a till, working behind a servery counter, serving hot and cold food and beverages. Responsibilities include writing orders, rotating and refilling stock, clearing and wiping tables, and performing general cleaning duties.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performing general catering duties including serving food, using a till, general cleaning, and basic food preparation. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Retail Catering Supervisor.

Qualifications
* Good standard of education (GCSE Grade D or above) or comparable
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Health & Safety knowledge
* Any previous food-related qualifications
Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience of working in a catering environment
* Experience working with the general public
* Previous experience of using a till
* Good general awareness of food safety regulations
Skills & Personal Qualities
* Good standard of oral and written communication
* Able to use own initiative and work both alone and within a team
* Understanding of the importance of good basic hygiene
